3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the provision of services, including but not limited to shipment details, customs documentation, and business data.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and international conventions related to your goods, shipments, and business operations.
• Ensure that all goods are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for transport in accordance with industry standards and carrier requirements.
• Obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and authorizations for the import, export, or transport of your goods.
• Pay all agreed-upon fees, charges, duties, and taxes in accordance with the payment terms specified in your service agreement or invoice.
• Indemnify and hold harmless Anachru Investments from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or any applicable laws.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 30 days from the date of issue.
• Late payments may incur interest charges or result in the suspension of services.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and levies, which will be added where required by law.
• Disputed charges must be reported to us in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.

5. Limitation of Liability

Anachru Investments will exercise reasonable care and diligence in providing its services. However, our liability for any loss, damage, or delay arising from our services shall be limited to the terms specified in the individual service agreement or, in the absence thereof, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website. We strongly recommend that clients obtain adequate insurance coverage for their goods and operations.

6. Force Majeure

Anachru Investments shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, governmental actions, natural disasters, epidemics, or disruptions in transportation networks.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Anachru Investments or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zimbabwe.
